The Buzz Gypsy is fully insured. With permission from a property owner, we are legally able to provide the service of concocting drinks on premise!

A RAMP-certified bartender with over 15 years of experience in the industry will be providing your guests with drinks. Additional bartenders may be available for large events!

The Buzz Gypsy lives in the Poconos, Pennsylvania, so she covers the Poconos & Lehigh Valley areas. Travel time of up to one hour is included in our pricing. However, as a gypsy, she is willing to travel! Contact us if you are interested in having her travel outside of her home base!

No, by law we are legally not permitted to purchase the alcohol for your event. All alcohol must be purchased prior to the event by the host. We return all remaining alcohol to you at the end of your event!

Yes! Once we establish what types of drinks you will be featuring, The Buzz Gypsy will create a shopping list to cover all of your alcohol needs!

Yes! The Buzz Gypsy has a two-tap keg system that can hold two sixtels (which is equivalent to 42 beers) or 1 half-keg (which is equivalent to 120 beers).

All Buzz Gypsy packages include a bartender & bar back, basic dry goods and garnishes, ice, and mixers for your event. We have a variety of additional offerings such as non-alcoholic hydration stations, mocktails, a coffee/tea station, & more! We are completely customizable! What does the Buzz Gypsy provide for my event?
The Buzz Gypsy lives in the Poconos, Pennsylvania, so we cover the Poconos & Lehigh Valley areas. Travel time of up to one hour (each way) is included in our pricing. We also travel free of cost up to 15 miles from our base camp. A cost of $1 per mile outside of our 15 mile home base can be added to your package.

A few! While the Buzz Gypsy can park nearly anywhere with permission from a property owner, she is 23' in length and approximately 10' high & needs to be towed behind a large vehicle, so taking into consideration whether she can fit into your space is key! Also, she requires less than a 5% grade to park on (nearly flat ground) so her tap systems & water work properly!

No! The Buzz Gypsy is self-reliant with a generator so you can host your event in your backyard, in a barn, or even in the middle of a field without worries!

The Buzz Gypsy rental + packages are geared towards an Open Bar (meaning the host pays for all guests) for parties over 40 people. If you have any questions about pricing, want a more customized estimate, or have a party under 40 people, please submit an estimate request and we can chat!
